Technique & Conditioning Summer Sessions
Stay strong, sharp, and performance-ready all summer long! This high-energy class is designed to help dancers maintain and elevate their skills during the break. Each class will include a variation of technique drills, across-the-floor progressions, flexibility work, core strengthening, and full-body conditioning exercises.
Dancers will focus on improving alignment, balance, turns, leaps, control, and overall strength, while building stamina and injury-prevention habits. Whether preparing for Company Camp, the new dance season or simply staying active, this class keeps dancers motivated, challenged, and growing.
