Family Fit Summer Sessions
Family Fit is where connection meets high-energy fun! This upbeat dance workout is designed for kids ages 7+ and the adults who dance with them — parents, grandparents, adult siblings, aunts, uncles.
Together, you’ll sweat, laugh, and move through easy-to-follow dance combinations, strength exercises, and partner challenges that build coordination, confidence, and teamwork. No dance experience needed — just a willingness to move and encourage one another.
Family Fit is all about creating shared wins, healthy habits, and memories that last long after summer ends. Come ready to move, support each other, and leave feeling stronger — together.
